If you current information is in another format and you have a large number of records, you may want to take advantage of our Data Preparation Service.

Rather than spend many hours of trial and error separating your data into the proper fields and trying to match import field order, why not send your information to be processed into a Reunite Archive file that can be easily imported into Reunite with a simple click of the mouse.

All fields will automatically be matched for importing. No guesswork, no hassles.

If you have a lot of information already entered, but are intimidated by the import/export process, this may be the answer.

Some information can be considered as subjective and may be difficult to determine it's proper field placement. When at all possible this information will be kept in the person's Notes field where you can determine which field you want the information placed.

Every effort will be made to properly parse your data into a valid archive file suitable for importing into Reunite™. However, there is no guarantee that everything will be exactly perfect.

The bottom line ... we want you to be a happy Reunite customer right from the start!
